When will my order ship?
If you are purchasing something in stock, it will leave my studio in 3-5 business days. If you are requesting a commission or an out-of-stock item, it will leave my studio in about two weeks. I'll keep you updated throughout the process, including flagging any delays.
I saw something cool but it's sold out. Can I still get it?
Absolutely! Email storiemade@gmail.com and I'll happily make you a new version of whatever you saw in shop, at the same price. Just keep in mind that these are individually handmade works, so allow for some variation. I will always send you a photo of the finished piece before it ships.
Do you take commissions?
Yes! Email storiemade@gmail.com with the subject line "COMMISSION REQUEST" and we will align on the appropriate timeline and price point for your request.

Can I also just, like, pitch a character?
Sure! The stuff that really speaks to me are a mix of camp classics, off-center pop culture icons, and stuff that's usually (but not always) a little bit retro. The voice of the shop is still developing, but if you have an idea that's somewhere in that range, I know I'll be excited to hear it—and you just might see it in the shop soon!
Any recommended care instructions?
All the figures come lightly varnished. Light dusting, or a gentle wipe-down with warm water, should keep them clean. If a part breaks off or a magnet comes loose, I use Gorilla Glue. If you have any other issues, please email me!
Did your prices change recently?
Not yet but they might soon! I'm new to the shop life and I'm still learning what the appropriate price points are for this work. If you like something, get it now before I know any better!
What's your refund/return policy?
If you purchased something listed in the shop (including requests for out-of-stock listings), refunds and returns are open for 30 days after you receive your order. You will receive your full refund when the item returns to me safely. Original packaging is not necessary. Refunds & returns are unfortunately not available for personalized commissions.

If you live in NYC, you are welcome to skip the shipping costs and meet me in downtown Brooklyn to receive your order. The main pickup address is visible at checkout. If you know me personally (hi!), text me and we can figure out the right time & place for the handoff.
