Meet the Artist

I'm Will Storie, a multidisciplinary artist living in Brooklyn. I spent my twenties doing comedy, and my thirties writing for CPG startups. But before all that, before I even finished middle school, I fell in love with sculpture. I've always been drawn to the playful, character-centric, claymation aesthetic of Will Vinton, Celebrity Deathmatch, and Pee-Wee's Playhouse.

25 years later, I've rediscovered that childhood interest in sculpture, and tied it back to my background in comedy and CPG, to create Storiemade.

Storiemade is for fans of quirky, niche pop culture, who want to celebrate their fandom with playful, original art. Each handmade piece is a tribute to the artists and personalities depicted, and a unique artistic statement of its own. When you encounter my art in your home, I hope you are struck by the same spirit of whimsy that animates my work, and inspired to follow your own creativity and joy.

I'm so glad you're here—thank you so much for stopping by! You can see more of my artwork and copywriting at willstorie.com
